Returns & Exchange Policy

 

  1. Return Window
    Customers have 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered to request a return authorization.

  2. Final Sale Items
    All accessories and any dresses marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  3. Return Authorization & Shipping
    • To start a return, you must email our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Form.

    • The form must be included inside the package when sending the dress back.

    • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels.

  4. Refunds & Exchanges
    • We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.

    • Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of the same dress and color in a different size, if available.

    • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount paid.

  5. International Orders
    • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

  6. Customer Support
    Our customer service team is always available to guide you through sizing questions, order concerns, or the return authorization process.
