- Return Window
Customers have 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered to request a return authorization.
- Final Sale Items
All accessories and any dresses marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Return Authorization & Shipping
- To start a return, you must email our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Form.
- The form must be included inside the package when sending the dress back.
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return labels.
- Refunds & Exchanges
- We do not offer cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
- Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of the same dress and color in a different size, if available.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the full amount paid.
- International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
